Abstracts
Abstract Submission:
To submit an abstract, click the button below. For consideration of an oral presentation, please make that selection during submission and ensure you choose your 1st and 2nd session choices. For poster presentations, poster sizes will be announced at a later date.
Please follow the abstract limits listed below:
- Title – Limit 20 words
- Introduction – Limit 150 words
- Methods – Limit 150 words
- Results – Limit 300 words
- Conclusion – Limit 20 words
Submission Deadlines:
Abstract submission opens: Tuesday, April 5th
Abstract submission closes: Wednesday, June 22nd at 5pm EST
Abstract Acceptance:
Abstracts will be selected by July 5th and you will be notified if selected for an oral or poster presentation. All decisions will be communicated via email. If you require an expedited abstract decision due to securing travel documents, please make that decision during submission.
