Please note that we will assess a fee which equals 2 nights of your room charge (for the first and last nights of your reservation) if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

Guests must call the following number for Aspenwood and Top of the Village reservations: 800-922-7242. It is important that all guests contact the property by November 7, 2021 (90 days prior to arrival).
To reserve, ask for group block VOS 2022 during the following business hours:
Mon – Fri - 8am – 6pm MST Sat & Sun - 9am – 5pm MST You will be asked to provide guest name, home or business address, email address (if any), any bedding or special requests, and check-in and check-out dates.
Individual Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 1 night lodging deposit due upon booking – non-refundable100% due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will be charged the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations 30 days or closer to arrival owe 100% of the total reservation value are non-refundable. No refunds are made on unused nights resulting from late arrivals or early departures, regardless of cause.

It is important to book your hotel accommodations prior to December 1st, 2021. All payments will be handled through the hotels website. See hotel website for terms and conditions.
*The Resort Fee will show up at check out in the online booking website. You will NOT be charged a resort fee at check in.

If flying, consider flying into the Aspen airport. Those who book at the Westin Resort and Wildwood Hotel will be able to book a complimentary shuttle from Aspen Airport. You can reserve this shuttle directly through the hotel once you know your travel plans. For those staying at the Snowmass Condos, transportation information to follow. (Transportation may include rideshare service or shuttle bus.)
If you fly into the Denver airport, the trip from the Denver airport to Snowmass is about 4.5-5 hours. Please contact Dane Johnston at dmjohns8@ncsu.edu if you need to arrange transportation from the Denver airport. Transportation does not run regularly throughout the day and will be an extra charge. Consider reserving a rental car if you must fly into the Denver airport.
Airport Shuttles: Viewline Resort & Wildwood Hotel - Airport shuttle service from Aspen is complimentary. A reservation is required through the Viewline Resort/Wildwood Hotel . Call the Shuttle Phone: +1 970 923-8200 to reserve.
