If you need to edit your registration or have any questions, please contact Heidi DeCamp at secretary@vosdvm.org

100% of registration fee refunded if the Secretary is notified before convention. No refunds after that. (Special circumstances may allow full refund, i.e. deaths, injuries, illness).

Please contact secretary@vosdvm.org to determine if complete or partial refund of registration fees may apply.

Parking: Self parking is complimentary at Big Sky Resort. Underground valet parking in the Summit Hotel is available for $20 per vehicle per night for Summit Hotel Guests and $40 per vehicle per night for all other guests.

Equipment rentals will be available September 2022.

Big Sky Rental is open 8am-5:30pm daily. Adults are considered ages 15 and up, juniors are ages 7-14, and kids are 6 and under.
