Kid's Party

The Wednesday Night Kids' Party takes place during our Foundation Night event. We can accommodate ages 4-12 years old. All kids must be signed up before January 12th.

VOS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of registration fee refunded if the Secretary is notified before convention.  No refunds after that.  (Special circumstances may allow full refund, i.e. deaths, injuries, illness). Please contact secretary@vosdvm.org to determine if complete or partial refund of registration fees may apply. Payment is due at time of registration. Foreign Countries: U.S. money converted in country of origin. Check drawn on U.S. bank ONLY. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Thank you for registering for the 2025 VOS Conference. You will receive a registration confirmation email shortly as well as a receipt for your credit card transaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to ceregistration@ncsu.edu.

ACCOMMODATIONS: 

Please consider using the room block to book your accommodations for the conference. By booking in the room block, our organization and the conference directly benefit, allowing us to offer more activities and opportunities for our attendees. When making your reservation, you will put in your credit card information on the payment page, but no payment will actually be taken. Beaver Run's reservations staff will go into your reservation record and charge a 25% deposit (you'll receive a receipt via email). The reservation engine will then hold your credit card information and the balance of the cost of your stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. 

PLEASE NOTE:  The reservation link above requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. If you are planning to stay fewer than 3 nights, please contact Meg Caldwell at mcaldwell@beaverrun.com and she will assist you with making your reservation.
