VOS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment is due at time of registration. 100% of registration fee will be refunded if the Secretary is notified before the conference. No refunds after that. (Special circumstances may allow for a full refund, i.e. deaths, injuries, illness). Please contact secretary@vosdvm.org to determine if complete or partial refund of registration fees may apply. Foreign Countries: U.S. money converted in country of origin. Check drawn on U.S. bank ONLY. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
